have not yet.. trying not to introduce oxygen if i can help it...

i peeked in through the airlock hole, then dumped the yeast in. i really need to get a wine thief.

we'll open it tomorrow, get a final reading and see how it's doing.

i know what it was when it came out of secondary, but not what it was at the start due to broken hydrometer. it's been in there plenty long (over three weeks now) to be fermented out.. i've been giving it more time since the oak takes a bit to add flavor.
