Yes. Here's the thing: while I would probably be willing to walk away (with the hope that they would come back), we don't really have a backup plan

right now. We've seen pretty much everything on the market right now and there's only one other place I like close to as much and it would definitely be more expensive. And we have to close on the sale of our house in August, so we would be looking at likely having to rent and move twice. So again, I should probably just get this done and move on. Right?
