LIR - BBQ is going to be pulled pork (shoulder?) - and I might do some ribs too - sides will be corn on the cob, my recipe for sweet and sour baked

beans, and will probably buy cole slaw in the big tub at the restaurant supply store and put it on ice next to the heated items for those that want it on their pulled pork sammy's (and yes - the buns will be warmed).
