Yeah, but this is Harvey's first professional season. Not like a HS draftee who's spent 2-3 years working his way up the minors.

Like you said, Sandy's not gonna bring him in to be a reliever, and I just don't believe he'll rush a kid like Harvey.
If we don't count Sept, I'll do the bet straight up, with no caveats. No major league appearances for Harvey in 2012 before roster expansion, regardless of injuries.
