Has anybody used the Superpad - 10.2" Android tablet?

i'd like an android device, but i'm not paying for a phone contract, and there's no way i'm paying $500 or $700 for some phone that will crap out on me in a year and saddle me with a contract.

this looks like a good compromise - 10.2", dualtouch, very very configurable (root it, alter it, no problem). Not perfect, but for $170, why not?

i guess i could go super-cheap and just create a virtual android device on my desktop, but i kind of want a little tablet.
