Ugh. On the phone for 40 minutes with someone trying to figure out her options.

Basically I gave her all of the information I could give her to make a decision in under 10 minutes. Then she kept rehashing all of the options over and over to me for 30 minutes. She was pleasant enough and I get that she was trying to talk it through to make a decision but there was nothing else I could do for her and I am "graded" in part by the length of my calls. I couldn't get her off the phone.
