so if convicted it has no meaning you do time parralel here

so if the had gotten life for the murder it woul far outweigh a one year sentence for lying

but bot charges need to be dealt with in court and that takes time...therefor the lesser charges where the diffence is in possible sentence is so large are rarely brough up
