I never thought of them as it either...but nothing here screams to me a legal mentally ill

mentally healthy people report crimes involving their children
legally mentally ill people drown their kids and don't understand what they did was wrong
mentally ill people have a dead kids and then know they fubared and then hide the body.
If she drowned...they panicked in the most absurd manner possible.
