did i say it was ? if so that was an error it was stupid and it was tried and she found gulty which i allready said

it would probably not have been tried here.
but at the same time it is a case part originating entierely from the case and not the possible crime
there my point is that it is not something that can be used as an excuse to say she did migh after all be guilty of the possible original crime
