It's important to note that campers aren't a representative sample of all kids. There are any number of reasons why that number is so high for this

Maybe having been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD is a good indicator of camp attendance. Kids with attention issues might be more likely to end up in programs where the goal is to help them build character/make friends/etc.
E takes meds for ADHD (very successfully, too) and we make it a point to try to get her into things she shows interest in because she does better when her interest is high.
