It was like - what? - a dozen issues leading to this, and they wrap it up in about 8 pages with a simple "pummel him and throw him into space" strategy, followed by a bookend to the Kingdom Come mini-series (we already did this in the Kingdom Come hardcover, we didn't need to do it again!)
