That's more or less how I see this, its been insanely cheap with great customer service for years.
People say they'd take the price hike with promise of better features, but what is there to better?

No one is saying that Netflix hasn't been a great value. We're objecting to a 50% price increase. I can't even imagine what people would do if

50% increase on a $100 cable bill is vastly different than a 50% increase on a $10 netflix bill -- nm
