she never said each dollar matters because of her financial situation.
every dollar matters to me, even if I can afford to spend a lot of them. I *earn* those dollars and don't want to be wasteful or to spend more than I need to or to be taken advantage of or to have companies not care about me/think that they can get away with whatever they want.
