Where in the hell is the other money coming from?
Think this through.
We had 3.551T in 2010.
Of that, 2.173T was mandatory spending.
Defense was 664B (leaving 714B left in the discretionary pile).
His plan is to cut 800Billion a year (9T-1T revenue = 8T/10yrs)
He's going to cut 100Bil from defense a year; 50bil from the other discretionary; and 100bil from mandatory --- that's only 250bil.
What's left to get to the 550Billion more necessary to get close to this?
Cuz really, if he can only name 250Bil in cuts on average in year 1, he's not getting 9 Trillion without using some really rosy predictions (akin to Cantor's "if unemployment drops to 2%" bullshit)
