the "Holy Fuck, I just woke up and I don't want to do battle with this day because it'll suck and I'll lose anyway" Day.
I think the Balloon Pop Day is worse because you're expecting goodness and get sand pounded up your ass instead.
Expecting the sand ass pounding means you relax and just go with it.
