Unless I'm misunderstanding you, his cloak is THE cloak. The description of THE cloak being nearly indestructible is referrenced and in the book they even point out that Harry's cloak is very old yet in nearly perfect condition and not damaged the way most invisibility cloaks become over time.
But maybe you just meant they may not come out and actually say it.
