I'd get estimates. Painting bids tend to vary pretty widely (I wouldn't necessarily take the cheapest bid either). What you describe is probably a

$1000 plus job (so $70 doesn't make a huge difference) and you might get bids that will vary by hundreds of dollars. No idea whether these people would be on the high end or low end.
