will wear jeans and a polo I feel that being too dressed up is just as counter to the culture as not dressed up enough.
There is no dress code where "hoodie"= business casual :)
The people who dress bad arent my issue, my team knows my expectations and we all came to an agreement on that. Also that starting at 9a means 9a no 930 M, 915 T, 910, W ect
