Yes my team in Seattle was way different and Seattle corp culture is well very hippy driven. Here in TX its different, just like Loosie said about DC

I was hired in seattle because the team was underperforming, badly.
Set down process and procedure, help people accountable to company culture and policies (dress code was one) and we even did a few random drug screens and wow we went from 81% cust sat when I arrive to 95.6% when I left.
It all depends on the company, size and culture and where you are I guess. I was just stating I generally take in to account how you dress for an interview, I expect no less from people than I expect from myself
