i'm trying to avoid going to the store so i'm hoping we have all the ingredients here.

mix ground veal or pork with the ground beef, its a bit gelatinous and binds better, take a few slices of fresh bread and grind up in a food processo - zeitgeist Jul 18, 17:36 1
