Agave necter is freaking awesome. It's sweeter than sugar and doesn't have any "off"

taste. It also doesn't cause blood sugar spikes and crashes like sucrose or continuous high sugars like HFCS. If you use it in baking, you have to up the amount of your dry ingredients so the dough isn't too sticky, but other than that I use it in coffee, iced tea, etc.
