mainly just a way to actual results versus goals.
The big thing is to make sure the goals/metrics are obtainable and within your control.

Don't say have a goal of "No customer Complaints" cause you can't control what your crazy customers might do, but you could have "Customer Complaints handled with X timeframe". something like.

Should have more than 4-5 (per group/person), report on them monthly
