You have to be suspicious whenever a politician uses the word "uncostitutional."

Lots of times, to them, unconstitutional means "it's not in the Constitution" or "the Constitution doesn't say that law can exist." But guess what: plenty of laws that we have are not in the Constitution and are not explicitly authorized by the Constitution.
