Interesting. I'm surprised the Florida percentage isn't even higher than it is.

And it's already 1/3.
When my parents bought there house, a concrete shell of a house being built was behind them....turns out it had been like that for a year...and stayed that away for at least another year before (someone) completed building it. Upon completion, it was being marketed to German tourists/seasonals. First I'd thought of that.
