we're way too far (1 hour commute each way, at least) from most potential jobs for me (unless i return to AT&T) and the neighborhood is ... soulless and lonely.

i would have never chosen this place personally (i would have wanted to move closer to seattle or bellevue, not farther away), but my guy was already here and it only made sense for me to move here. plus he built me a garden in the backyard, and i do love that...

regarding the hormones ... no comment except i hate that you're probably right.
