Seattle homes (in town) are on smaller lots and often very sloped front yards so most folks have a shrubbery, or a couple bushy trees and shady ground

cover. Most don't want a tall tree cause that can be expensive to deal with storm damage, or neighbor's whining about your leaves filling their roof water gutters (seems the two biggest advertisers are the clog proof gutter dealers who run ads that the other guy's product sucks)
