man talk about lucky timing, the guy bought the house in the late 90's just before we got here, paid under a 100k,
sold at the very peak of the bubble, i swear he couldn't have timed it better, got over 300k from some denturist who ran a clinic nearby. when he retired he was stuck for a year before finally taking a kick to the crotch 125k Loss to get out.
