By that time, food and gas etc will be so high and salary so behind COL you'll need them to help survive

when I was young the family house mortgage was 135, mortgages these days? 1,300.
gas was 30 cents, probably 3 bucks again by summer
in 20 30 years every thing will be several times higher than now just they are since then
