I had no car and although I take Metro to work I needed some way of getting around to the station and other places. So by the time I move out, my care will be around 1/3 paid off too.
But it takes me a total of 2:30 to commute every day which is getting to be too long especially during (tax) busy season. So this spring seems like the move out date.
