That's one thing I'm upset about. Districts should be drawn non-partisanly, somehow.

Again, CA has implemented steps in this regard. Lines are drawn by a nonpartisan panel now.

There's plenty of logical ways to approach lines. Problem is, lines get drawn by human beings... human beings who are in the business of making deals -- nm
