seems half our ball fields are dark now cause aholes stole the copper wiring for the lights.

they really need to up the penalties for that. I mean when your busted its for a hundred bucks of scrap metal, not the thousands and thousands of repair costs, much less the value of the replacement parts. not to mention the theft of the public good, kids enjoyment, communit well being for hundreds if not thousands of people.
