The novel is currently nothing too courageous, but sometimes people do like reading the familiar.
I don't think I plan on doing it again in November, but then again things can change.
As for your particular situation, I actually would not recommend adding NaNo to that class load. While pushing yourself to doing the 50k word goal is admirable, it's not nearly as important as your school work.
