Which part was good idea? I know I have been working my ass off for 3 year to get this under control

I had parrents that taught me nothing about debt and all that - most of it has been hard fought to learn to do the right thing not the fun and easy thing.
I have eliminated at least 15K in the last 3 years and its always moving down
