Think back to 9/11. A truck bomb supposedy hit a Federal building. Planes over Ohio were supposedly part of the attack.

The one positive that came out of civilians communicating was the reaction of the people onboard 93.
That communication kept the Capitol building or WH from being hit, but the plane still went down.
