One large employer who is located next to our local cafe conducts all their interviews outside on a patio in front of the cafe.

Seeing these people squirm and try to impress while I go get my salad isn't the best sight. I imagine the company thinks they're being casual or zen or whatever by doing this, but I think it looks terrible. Take it inside!
