iPhone update from yesterday: I award both Bery and Spamlet +50 points. Unfortunately for spamlet, i'm going to have to subtract -45 points for the

crappy customer service I received.

So I walked in, and came to the first whatever they call themselves at the apple store. He was talking to another whatever they call themselves at the apple store guy. They both saw me, and continued talking about whatever it was they were talking about for like 2 minutes. Finally, I guess realizing I wasn't going to look for someone else one guy asked if he could help me. I explained the problem. He took my phone and looked at it and said "well sure, it says right here you have no service" I said, "I know, that's the problem. I should have service." He took my phone, turned around so I couldn't see what he was doing, and then handed it back to me saying to wait five minutes and see if it was working. I waited the five minutes, and it did work. So I went back to him and asked him what he'd done. He'd held down the power and home buttons (like Bery suggested) and reset it. He said his does the same thing my was doing all the time and that's how he "fixes it." I then started to ask him if the problem was an indication of something being wrong with the phone and in the middle of the sentence he turned his back to me to greet a customer that had just walked in, and then without even looking in my direction started talking to the other customer and walking him to the back of the store.

WTF? How do you turn your back and walk away from a customer in the middle of a question? What a douche.
