Bourdain's a hack. He's witty, got some good one liners, and is merciless in his criticism.

But most of the Food Network chefs could cook circles around him. His claim to fame is that he wrote a book about what it's like to work in a kitchen. Only he said it better than most. The guy is so one-note, he got schooled by a kid on his own show.
