I don't think the comparisons to any other president is valid because political disinformation has never been so wide spread or effective as it is now

and that's the republicant's specialty.
Are there racist attitudes out there? Yes. Do the Republican leaders tolerate it from their own... hell yes. But the next president from either party will be no less "hated".
