I have Rice, Foster, and Charles above Johnson in all formats.

I'm torn on Peterson.
I like the yardage of the others over him, but I think Peterson is more likely to score TDs. I don't like counting on TDs, but Peterson has never had single digit TDs.
In a PPR, Rice and Foster are probably good for around 65 catches, Peterson and Charles around 45.
