Or a league where you can start 2 QBs. And even in that one I could see Vick being taken over Rodgers.
I think the RB-RB strategy for regular leagues used to be a good one when there weren't so many teams splitting carries, but even then I drafted one of my best teams going QB-WR. It all depends on value.
