I think one doll was purchased on-line and one was purchased at the store in Chicago.

The dolls and accessories are all very high quality and have held up well. While they are expensive, the quality is there to support paying that much.
I know the store visits were fun but I have no idea what it was like to buy online. I can't imagine any troubles that would crop up. Certainly everything I've seen arrive has come well packaged with no damage.
