A group that included one or two candidates in the upcoming election. I mention we're expecting and that we just moved to Charleswood.

"Oh!" exclaimed one candidate who has a soft spot for me because I ran the meeting when she won the party's nomination.

"You'll be in XYZ school division."

That's right! I now remembered... She was the former School Board Chair. "ABC school is just down the street from us."

"Oh, that's great. It's an excellent school. After the election, let's sit and I'll tell you what to look out for and how to get into their on-site day care."
