Eugene's heart was in the right place as Tom Colicchio said he wanted to be challenged, but his experience and skill level wasn't up to snuff with the rest of them. And even after Colicchio's speech, half of them are still playing it too safe. And I count Stefan among that number - sure his dish wowed the American, Brit, and Indian judges but growing up with a German mom, I had that all the time.
