Like I said ... no chicken, no beef. Maybe deer. Want to know my reason for that?

I'm not willing to do the actual butchering process for those animals - not out of any respect for the animal, but because I would be too annoyed by it.
For the chicken (and any bird, really), it would be a combination of the plucking, and just how disgusting they are in general.
For cows, it's pretty much a result of their size, although there's also a bit of disgust at what most domesticated cows look like. I also don't think I'd drink cow's milk. I'd probably switch to goat milk.
Deer, as an example, I wouldn't have a problem with - even though they're cuter than chickens and cows. The size is somewhat more manageable, and they aren't deformed by centuries of inbreeding.
