I think Jamie has a world of talent, but she just doesn't think things through when they throw a challenge at her. I'm thinking specifically of the two and a half minute TV challenge where she didn't have near enough time to cook a duck egg.
btw, I thought it was Fabio who made the comment. I like Fabio because he gets all pissy when you criticize his cooking, it fits the stereotype of a chef with pride. Of course, if you can't back up your pride with performance, it just makes you look like an ass.
