Okay, we have our first check from the insurance company and they never asked for the destroyed stuff.

This means that we have some smoke-damaged comics (about 1,200 of them) in storage right now. They are fine to read but do have a slight ash smell to them. Do you think someone like the Boy's Club of Knoxville (or another suggestion you may have) would be interested in them or not? We can drop them off at Goodwill and let them decide, but I want to give every opportunity for some child in need of some joy to have a chance at these.
