ST Poll: Anyone have **any** cautions about ING Savings Accounts?

My CD is rolling over and I'm lucky to get 1.25% for it for -- count 'em -- 60 months. (And that's with a bank 'family' bump up.)
ING Savings offers 1.00% flat out, no minimum, no time restriction.
Why shouldn't I send ING my money?

I love ING. Have been with them over 6 years for my checking and savings (I also keep a local bank for every-so-often atm or checks). Only caution
