Not really. Criminal law is public record.

I'm not saying James is doing anything wrong here (I don't know enough specifics about the healthy privacy laws and figure/hope he does) but it's a different situation than ML/a lawyer speaking about cases since the case and the client are a matter of record. (it would, however, be akin to a laywer making references to information discussed under attorney-client privilege)
