1. especially since he's not just a regular employee and is often the tt-face of hsx, if d.mac's bosses are displeased with his posting on the more-visible-than-ever misc. board, i'm sure they would handle it themselves. (deja vu to my post to steve re: mara.) y'all know i've had issues with some of d.mac's stuff over the years; but i look at him pretty much the same way trish said yesterday that she does.

2. i think it's always good to remember that different people can have different interpretations of occurrences, as is often the case when more than one person is involved with, oh, anything. (some of us heard another side re: an incident, which i think was in 2002; but we were not there, so who knows.)

3. for Q. and kelly: it's likely i've been internet-ing since before either of you (i'm just that old), and i do know total privacy protection is not totally ensurable; but, still, and as i said in that post to stacy, there's a lot individuals can do to at least up the odds against exposure. choosing who we trust, etc.
