I say again: We were drafted into stability testing, not usability testing.

They could have given beta testers a game that required users to hit a ball from side to side across the screen. Testers would have said "Hey, this doesn't look like the HSX we know and love," but what they really wanted to know was when you hit the ball, did it deflect at the correct angle, and would too many people make the server crash.
As it stands... even the stability testing was a big fat FAIL, since the instant they opened the gates, the system went to hell.
Know this: the "fixes" that are allegedly being worked on now involve making the system more stable, NOT making the system more like the game we used to know.
